Sprouting Instruction:
Sprouting is an art just like growing any plant and though this sprouter makes it easier, there are many tips that can help you be more successful. You can also sprout using other methods. Check our events schedule for instructional classes on sprouting that can help you get started!
Return Policy: Upon receipt of the item it must be inspected immediately, within 10 days of receipt of your package, to confirm that the order is correct and that there are no verifiable manufacturing defects. If there are any manufacturing defects, you must contact Artemis in the City at 866.330.5421 immediately in order to help you schedule for your item to be replaced. If the item is found to be defective and you decide that you would prefer to have a refund instead of replacing the item, the item must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a 100% refund on the cost of the returned items. Since our partner has a no satisfaction guarantee, you cannot use the product and then decide you would like a refund. Only unused items or damaged items returned within 30 days can receive a refund. For refunds on non-defective unused items, there is a 15% restocking fee as this is what our partner charges us should you want to return the item. Upon receipt of your product you must register it with the manufacturer who will service any warranty issues.

If you would like to purchase this product, click on the Add to Cart button. Your product and shopping cart total will then show in the light green panel on the right side of the store. If you are ready to checkout, click on the Checkout link or My Cart link. You will then be taken to a shopping cart page with a listing of your selected items. Since this product requires a shipping cost to be calculated, you will need to make the requested correction by entering your zip code for your shipping address. Once you have done that, you will need to update the shopping cart to see the final total. Since we do not collect your personal information on the Artemis in the City website, you will need to make sure the shipping zip code is correct before you checkout as you cannot change it later. Once you have your total cost with shipping information, you can then check out through Paypal, our secure merchant website. You will have the option to pay with either your credit card or a Paypal account. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase through this store nor do you need to login and create a member profile. All you need to do is just add your item to the cart, enter your shipping zip code and checkout! If you need to delete a product or change the quantity, click on the My Cart link in the light green panel on the right side of the store to make updates.
