We will do our best to present to you only the products we feel are the best on the market and that can help you lead a healthy vibrant life.

We are a very small company with a big mission of helping to educate people on their food choices and supporting them in making healthy lifestyle changes to improve their health and prevent disease. Each purchase you make through Artemis in the City helps to support our mission and continue to help people.

Artemis in the City does not warehouse products. We have formed partnerships with various companies in order to bring you great products at a lower cost. Once you place the order through our store, we will contact our partner and have the item(s) shipped out directly to you. At this time shipping is via USPS Priority. We do not currently offer overnight and express shipping options. Depending on where you live will depend in how quickly you receive your package. Please plan for at least 5 days for the delivery of your products. If you have special requirements or would like to confirm shipping time, please call us toll-free 866.330.5421 and we can help you with your shipping concerns. We currently only ship within the United States!

Additionally, if you place an order over the weekend or after business hours, please know that we will process your order as quickly as we can on the next business day. Again, if you have any special needs or concerns, please just call us toll-free 866.330.5421. We would like to help you.

Please know that we have done our best to acquire the correct shipping weights of products so that the shipping costs will be calculated correctly. It is possible that there could be a discrepancy on the shipping cost. Any over charge for shipping will be credited back to your credit card. If you have any questions regarding this or would prefer to call us and place your order to confirm the shipping costs, we would be happy to do that for you as well.

If you are purchasing a product to be shipped as a gift to someone living at a different address other than your own, please call us so that we can help you process this order.
