Nutrition Counseling Cancellation PolicyWe understand that our patients have busy schedules. Each new patient intake session will end two hours after it was scheduled to begin and each follow up session will end an hour after it was scheduled to begin. Please be on time. If a patient needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment, the patient must do so 48-hours in advance otherwise, the patient will forfeit that appointment and not have an opportunity to reschedule it. Since the time has been held for the patient, payment for missed appointments and cancellations made without 48-hour advance notification is nonrefundable.
